Exact same experience . Met on RSVP professed love after 3 weeks and said was working overseas as a contract engineer . Just befor he was due to flyback to Australia he claimed to have been mugged and sent a fake police report and pictures of himself in bandages. Asked for $40,000 to see him through the week and pay his staff . Also sent fake contract documents. I cut off contact as soon as he requested money. This man was also on zoosk.

Thanks Kelly. So glad I checked his number and saw your comments as I was getting same story. Said was overseas for work but location services said he was 11kms away. I ended communication before he got to ask for money.

Dating Scammer who asks for money after 3 weeks of contact with him overseas for work then he sent a fake police report from an alleged mugging and picture of himself in bandages together with return flight details to Australia. Probably not even a picture of the person. My phone company advised when I called the person that he was in fact not overseas as he said, he was actually in Australia
